The family room with the balcony had a great spot to enjoy morning tea surrounded by nature, a fantastic way to kick off the day. The view of the garden was really nice, making it feel like a small slice of paradise.
WiFi was unreliable, only working sporadically at night, which is frustrating if you're trying to stay connected. The access road to the hotel is challenging, and steep stairs lead to the children's beds in the family room, a bit of a hassle when you're juggling kids. while the rooms are decent, some could feel warm during the day, taking a while to cool down in the evening. On top of that, the fridge in one room wasn’t very clean, a detail that could use some attention.
